    The Ferengis are pretty bad, but how about the Tellarites? TOS sure knew how to make an ugly alien race.

    Even though we've never seen them on screen, I would say that race that has the transparent skull (Gallamites?). The mental image just weirds me out.

    But they were ugly only because they were disfigured by disease. That would be like meeting human lepers and calling humans the ugliest race based on their appearance. Healthy Viidians were not that bad-looking at all:
