Christmas Lunch is running about 45-50 minutes late, after a minor oven disaster. So I have time to pop in to the board and wish you a merry christmas while waiting for the turkey to finish roasting.

Mashed potatoes. Since I'm home now, it's a nice (and unusual) change from the regular chicken, rice, stir-fry, or spagetti.

Dressed lobster. I don't enjoy meats so much at the moment. Anything that doesn't involve hours of slogging in the kitchen is good.
