No, we just think you have a peculiar obsession with "spag-bol".

Dinner for me last night was a chicken fried steak with sausage gravy, hash browns, two eggs sunny side up and toast. So much for my low sodium diet. I'll have to behave today.

Kale and bean soup with sausage. A tasty, but explosive combination.

I wasn't in a roast dinner mood today after all, so cooked up a massive pot of beef stew; simmered for hours to perfection...

Deli meats and cheeses, veggies w/ dill dip, tortilla chips with chili cheese dip. We had our family Christmas party last night since most of our family will be away on the 25th. It was a lot of fun and I ate until I couldn't eat anymore.

Leftover chicken stew from yesterday. It's amazing how some things taste even better the next day.

Soups and stews always seem better the next day. I think it's because they've had to time to really steep in the juices.

A mixed assortment of leftovers from the fridge and the freezer. Got to get that stuff out of there before Christmas.

A big piece of strawberry cake...Duncan Hines. It had strawberry icing or was it just pink??? It all tasted like strawberries...I might have a real meal today though.
