My business partner and I just started Atkins on Monday ...
It gets its share of stick, but personally, it worked great for me. The weight poured off, and it's stayed off since. Just remember to transition gradually to a regular calorie controlled diet after, once you get to within a month or so of your target weight, so you don't yoyo once you reach your target and come off the diet. Good luck!

Lasagne tonight.

I deserve it, I think, having made an effort to keep myself fit this last week (or at least more limber).

McD's, but someone else was buying and I hardly ever turn down a free meal.

Super hot homemade chili. Threw a bunch of Scotch Bonnets in there Reheated the leftovers tonight too, and it tasted even better than last night.

I find that homemade chili always tastes better the day after cooking it.

Definitely From now on, I'm going to start keeping my chilli in the fridge over night before serving it. Not too keen on reheating things, I'm a bit paranoid about food poisoning (especially with beans), but it turned out ok last night.
