Re: What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Sushi, at our favorite place in Boston. Started with some amazing cherrystone oysters, followed by a spicy salmon, cucumber and avocado roll (with brown rice). I want to go again tonight.

Last night, I made some traditional spaghetti al aglio y olio.

It was fantastic.

Re: What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Last night was an end-of-season-before-we-leave-on-vacation-use-everything-left-from-the-garden-meal ... and it was goooooood.

The hubby made, a veggie ragout I suppose is the best way to describe it, using the last of the tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, summer squash, oregano, thyme ... and that might be all ... from my MIL's and our gardens. Grilled up a couple of chicken breasts and served the whole thing over pappardelle pasta. It was really yummy.

Re: What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Didn't really have any dinner last night. Had three slices of pizza, ranch dip, and a 7-Up as a late lunch though.
