Teriyaki pork, noodles and mixed veggies. Holy CRAP, it was yummy.

Teriyaki sauce makes me inordinately happy.

A little tuna casserole I made myself. Not bad. Not the best stuff I've ever cooked, but it was alright. I prefer others' tuna casserole, though.

Last night was a simple skillet meal---chicken and bowtie pasta. Hubby didn't come home until nearly 11pm, so I wasn't going to bother with anything special.

Went to my parents last night expecting Easter Dinner, but we're having it tonight instead which we have done on occasion. We did have an excellent Frittata along with a green salad, and homemade oatmeal and current cookies for desert.

I had a fish fillet sandwich. Easter "Dinner" was technically my lunch because I had to work last night.

Had Easter Dinner last night which consisted of: Roast Lamb which was incredible, roast potatoes, these weird candy cane striped Beets which were really good, Butternut squash, and Broccoli. We had oatmeal cookies for desert.

Interesting thing to note if it hasn't already been mentioned.

Dinner in the UK is usually used to refer to as the main meal of the day if eaten in early-mid afternoon. Whilst Tea is used to refer to the main meal of the day if eaten in late after noon/early evening.
