Goulash, red cabbage, potatos and chocolate flan with vanilla for pudding. All to go with a lovely german red wine. Veeery nice.

Christmas dinner was honey-glazed ham, greenbean casserole, mashed potatoes (hubby's verision), seasoned carrots and dinner rolls. Very tasty.

Seafood day yesterday. Various canapés of smoked salmon, crab mouse, prawns, cheese, olives and capers. All very light but satisfying. I'm glad we escaped the national average of 4000 calories on Christmas day.

Christmas dinner was turkey, duck, roast potatoes and turnips, homemade stuffing, beats, and yams. Last night had a turkey sandwich.

Last night, i had Christmas dinner (two days late) with my family. It was the traditional standing rib roast, Yorkshire pudding, fruit salad and green beans. So Yummy!
