Vegetables - broccoli, peas, green beans, onion, and garlic all cooked in the pan and thrown over rice. Quick and tasty.

Garlic risotto.

It took 2 frigging hours to cook (stirring the entire time). Now I remember why I don't have it very often. But WOW, delicious!
