For some reason I initially thought those "monks" were supposed to be Pak'ma'ra and that was way before seeing SiL. Maybe it was the hunched backs and heavy robes.

I don't remember the episode too well. Is it ever clear they weren't Pak'ma'ra? As I posted upthread, Vir's speech in "Sleeping In Light" makes me cry every time, and I always wondered if those monks in orange were Pak'ma'ra. Does anyone have an image?
