Anton Yelchin: 'Genre Dude' of the Week

What say you? I think he's a cute young actor. Was he better as Cadet Chekov in Star Trek or as Kyle Reese in Terminator: Salvation? I'd like to see more of him in future films.

Does this get a poll, too? I mean, lile the usual Genre X of the Week threads?

Because if it does, I would vote thumbs up. I loved him in Star Trek (he made me fall in love with the character of Chekov all over again) and am eagerly awaiting to see him in Terminator again.

No pics, no poll, this thread seems to be made of some degree of fail.

My bad, my bad. I didn't realize there was supposed to be a poll.

EDIT:

By your command ...

^see....that's why the group of us got together to do the hunk of the week threads. So, there would be a bio, and pictures, and a poll, and we could all play nicely together.

Seriously, hijacking a thread and not even doing it properly? .....TACKY.

I suspect the young dude will do well. Get a ticket, get in line and wait your turn. There's an order to these things, you know!

Is this thread supposed to be about his looks or just whether you like him or not ?

McCoy: "How old are you?"
Chekov: "I'm 17."
McCoy: "Oh great, he's 17."

Star Trek had many great lines.

I dunno. Usually when I'm voting in the standard threads it's a combination of both for me.

One of my favourite moments of the film! He's so damn sweet and eager and smart.

Not what I meant. I meant is this supposed to be one of your weekly threads or something separate ? Like a "Actor of the Week" thread ?

This looks to be someone jumping in on someone else's weekly thread without asking first.
