There is some music on there entitled "Hella bar talk" that I could swear is a direct copy of the cut scene music from Bridge Commander!

I've have to dig out my copy and see if my memory is playing tricks on me...

This is absolutely amazing.

Oh god, I'm going to be in tears in the theater over how awesome it is.
Got to admit I was.

Man, 1.5 weeks after seeing the film I actually can't wait to see it again.

Uuuuummmmmmmmmmmm

WOW!!!!!!!!!

Well, here it is guys. For me, as a child growing up without a VCR in the '80's, ST for me a lot of the time was the music - the soundtracks. I fell in love with Horner's music and of course it was all about Jerry Goldsmith.

I gotta tell yas, one and all, after listening to that music just now, I am sitting here with tears in my eyes.

You can all relax gang - Tulin is now OFFICIALLY excited about "STAR TREK".

Nice, also this makes me want see this movie even more.

Same here! As if I could possibly WANT to see this picture more!

That is really great music. Methinks I'll have to splurge a bit more for the CD.

Re: Star Trek end credits 9 minute music clip

Yeah and the funny thing is - tonight we went to see Watchmen at a local cinema and they showed the ST preview right before the film started.

Seeing THAT on the big screen didn't excite me as much as hearing that music!!! I guess ST really was a lot about the music for me, as a kid in the late 70's-early '80's.

Does this mean Roddenberry gets more $$$$ because of the lyrics rights?

Has that 15-year-old kid taken it from you and post it as his own YouTube creation yet?

As someone else said above - the full soundtrack is floating around torrent sites.

I'd link you to it but I am sure the mods would have a mini nova were I to link you to "Star Trek 2009".

If you know what I mean.
