Where can I find an Action Figure Database?

I'm looking for a website that has model numbers and images of all action figures from 1990-2009 in their original package.

amazon.com, figurerealm.com and toynk.com are the closest that I've come to finding such an all-inclusive website. Does anyone know of a better action figure database?

Uhm cooltoyreview.com has a few lines up, what are you looking for specifically? Any and all action figure lines from the past 20 years?
