Why are there still cows on the Kent family farm?

I noticed this in a establishing shot a few weeks ago on "Smallville." I would think that the farm hasn't been a active farm since at least when his mom moved away. I know that was proably just stock footage but it was kind of wierd to notice IMO.

Nah. Just not a fan of interspecies erotica.

Real Life: that happens a lot on "retired" farms. The land owner will lease out the pasturage to someone else while still living in the "farmhouse".

Nah. Just not a fan of interspecies erotica.
Clark's only romantic choices are bestiality and incest, given that the only member of is species still alive is his first cousin. But that's legal in Kentucky and New York.

Well, if Larry Niven is right, Klara would be his only...safe...choice.

And if I had a cousin that hot, I'd totally do
her...
