Earth resurrection tech...rebuilt Starbuck's viper, it can pop a new Galactica.

Of course it'll be a Hong Kong knock-off and the flight pods will fall off if when they try to jump.

Well they basically did something like that at New Caprica. I'm pretty sure Battlestar jump drives typically need a few minutes between jumps.
