How do you know. Maybe the one true god is Boxey. The Cylons are of the belief that in order to grow up, they need to kill their parents.
Oh my, they just might do it!

Then again it could be Dirk Benedict.

They had potential but the writers failed to really use it.

Without the Borg kids, Seven couldn't say:

"It is sixteen hundred hours. Fun will now commence."

I just about fell over at that one!!

Re: The Borg Kids

They didn't bother me. But by the time they arrived I had extremely low expectations during my Voyager viewings. I think they could have done better, but the storyline wasn't a complete waste. Icheb was nicely developed, and the storyline with his family was well done IMO. I think they pulled it off better than I expected them too.

Very blank - little was done with them beyond what they did with Icheb. I would have liked to have a subplot in an episode that had Naomi and the Borg Brat Pack interacting, trying to show them how to have a childhood - something that could resonate with Seven, since she missed out on one as well.

A epicode called Haunting of Deck 12 has Naomi placed as a prankster.

I guess you would have to see the epicode...to long to explain

But at the beginning the epicode, It has Imazadi explaining Naomi told them that Deck 12 was haunted when Kneelix was telling them the story of what happend before they joined Voyager...

Which explains why they don't communicate...

Icheb was cool, but the other kids just seemed to be part of Seven's plot most of the time. The Haunting of Deck Twelve was a real fun episode, though.

Icheb: I wonder what the crew of the Salvoxia did for food after their emergency rations were gone.
Mezoti: Maybe they ate each other.
Neelix: All right, that's enough! Now, where was I?

When they first appeared I was very dubious about the idea - expecting some Wesley-style stuff. However, as other people have observed, The Haunting of Deck 12 was a good episode. Their interactions with 7 were also good.

Overall, they were OK, IMO.
