If you had your wish, and they greenlit a TV MOVIE for either TNG-DS9-VOY, or yes, even ENTERPRISE, which one character from each show, or whatever show you pick, would have to be in it...bar none..meaning, the TV MOVIE could be made, but with out this character, it just wouldn't be the same. In fact, to go further, if you had the final say, it wouldn't get made unless THIS character was in it.....

DS9- with the PF character Taran'atar, or it'd be nice to revisit someone like Goron'agar or Ometi'klan.
Regular character... hmmm... probably Sisko or Kira.

ENT- T'Pol (minus the drug addiction) or what I wouldn't mind, is a movie set what? 300 years in the future? During that war that whatisname shows Archer. If given the events of ENT that would actually happen still... maybe in some capacity.

I'll skip captains to make it less easy...

For Enterprise I'd go with Hoshi. Admitadly in part because I think she's attractive, but I'd also enforce the writers to give her some significant dialogue so she was memorable. Second choice would be Mayweather for the same reason, minus the attractive part

In TNG I'd go with Geordie as I think a lot more could have been done with him and he could still be developed whereas Picards pretty well established, Rikers off on the Titan, Datas dead and everyone else has got other things to do or moved on.

DS9 I'd go for Ezri as we only had a year of her and she could become a lot more than she was.

Voyager I'd say Chakotay so Beltran couldn't complain that he wasn't overlooked or shoved to the back.

Enterprise - Archer (clearly was the focus of the show)
DS9 - honestly, this one is really close between much of the cast, but I'll go with Sisko because of Avery Brooks
VOY - Seven of Nine (to attract general audiences

OK, seriously, both Seven and the Doctor were the most noticeable. Plus, I didn't want to go with Captains straight through).
