warm up

I just wanna ask one thing which exercise do you really do before starting sport.. i mean to ask which exercise do you like as warm up..?

I do the 'Head, shoulders, knees and toes" thing while singing the song.
Its not easy being green.

If I do anything it's going to be some kind of active stretching. Like, high knees, butt kicks, etc, stopping and stretching the muscle for a second every step.
