I dunno. That seems a little...off. I'm not quite sure if Ellen really is the fifth.

Frak, it was Ellen?

Come on, that's gotta be a red-herring.

But if Ellen is the fifth, what in blazes is Starbuck??

Aha that was a bit of a letdown for me although not a huge suprise. :-\

I still would've preferred Dualla.

Re: "Sometimes a Great Notion" Live Commentary

I am just a bit confused here.

I thought that the Final Five were one each, not multiple models like Six, Athena, Leoben and so on.

So if Saul killed Ellen back on New Caprica, how in the frak is she going to come back?

No wonder Dean Stockwell was getting so off on having his way with her.

It would explain why Saul and Ellen didn't have any kids. It's also kinda funny that Saul killed her for helping the Cylons when they were both Cylons all along...

Maybe she's not?

Saul got the prisoner Six pregnant, so two Cylons are capable of having kids.

To make the final Cylon a minor, dead, character smacks of them chickening out.

Perhaps a newly-minted Cylon model? (Cylon #13 = The 13th Tribe?)

Agreed. It also smacks of "we've painted ourselves into a corner and we're pulling out of our asses at the this point"

I seriously think that the explanation for what Starbuck is will be the Lords of Light.

Either that, or she's Count Iblis.

A "regular" Cylon and a Final Five are, but not two "regular" cylons...
