Wow, just wow! This is exactly what sector space should have looked like from the beginning! If only now they would tear down the sector borders and make it one big map.

It's pretty awesome. There's a second part to that vid here:

Holy Shit! This looks absolutely beautiful and amazing. They even changed the speed indicators into the warp-streak-effect.

I suggested just that a few months ago.

Probably 3 to 4 weeks. Not everything coming in Season 3 is on Tribble for testing as yet; plus, what's on there right now has some bugs they need to squash.

The new Klingon patrols in Pi Cannis are great too.

I'll be on there later today. Waiting for the last episode of the Dividian series to be released. Would still like to know what the special reward will be.

I just tried mission replay, the episode "Past Imperfect" now has a TOS Type 1 Phaser as one of the rewards.

You mean today's mission that opened up at 11 am PT? How do those weapons stack up against other RA personal weapons? I may not get to today's episode until maybe Monday.

Re: Star Trek: Online

There are more powerful weapons, but none that have the same coolness factor. The type 2 has a habit of disintegrating enemys on any killshot.

Re: Star Trek: Online

Cool episode, and it was nice to get another TOS Enterprise crewmember in the form of Scotty, and he made a NuTrek reference.
