SF&F Avatar Contest - "DISASTER!"

First things first, I want to thank everyone who voted for me in the last contest. It's ironically been about a year since the first time I ever won a contest.

For this week I've come up with something going along with the last contest of Death. It's called DISASTER! The disaster can be a natural one (like a new ice age or a volcano erupting) or it can be man made (like a nuclear war or an AI killing everyone in sight).

There is something though that I'm saying before we begin: Rick Berman and Brannon Braga are not DISASTERS! (well at least in this contest).

Let's begin. The poll will go up Saturday and will run until Monday. As always I will not be involved due to my winning the last contest.

Good luck!

Something tells me this caveat may have to be repeated. A few times

I can't heaaaar yoooouuuu...

Anyway, they're yesterday's disasters and we have so many new ones to fret about. Can I use this photo of the GAH! MY EYES! bridge from Trek XI?

(That's a joke btw, not a contest entry. I actually like the Vegas look. Next stop, Casino Planet!)

Would Cloverfield count?

As I was Googling images, I noticed that the Statue of Liberty takes a real beating in these disaster films.
