Those were my exact choices.

This should have been a public poll.

Mine were Occupation/Precipice, Lay Down Your Burdens part 2, and Pegasus.

Special consideration also went out to the Miniseries, Flesh and Bone, and The Hub.

Re: Your 3 Favorite nuBSG Episodes

I thought about having more choices than just three. But no matter what way you do it, you're always going to have somebody who wanted to include 'just one more'.
I think it's interesting to boil it down to such a small number even though I find it hard as hell myself .

Something else I considered, btw., was grouping the two-parters into one, such as the season finales. However, I noticed that that would cause some difficulty with regard to episodes that weren't as clearly marked two parters throught their naming (Torn / A Measure of Salvation would be one, much of S4 would be another example).

Anyway, this is what I went with:

- Kobol's Last Gleaming, Pt. 2
- Lay Down All Your Burdens, Pt. 2
- Crossroads, Pt. 2

I think the show has been excellent for cliffhangers. It's constantly managed to surprise me but does so without cheap tricks.
Existing material gets resolved while the ground is shaken fundamentally and new developments are introduced.
I've been on the edge of my seat for the ending of each season so far which makes me very, VERY excited about the show's finale at the end of season 4. I can't even begin to imagine what that's going to be like.

Good choice. I almost went with that myself.

This is hard! BSG is my favourite show, but nothing stands out to me.

I'm not voting in the poll yet, too hard too choose. So far my faves are:

33
KLG pt2
Fragged
Home pt2
Captain's Hand
Exodus pt2
Hero
Maelstrom

Someone should do a hurt heal game for the episodes.

That's actually a really cool idea. I'll be happy to set one up if nobody else wants to.

Hmm, I wonder if Black Market will be the first one to go .

Granted I haven't seen the first half of S4 yet, but my choices were: 33, Final Cut, and Exodus Pt2 with Flight of the Phoenix, Scar, Pegasus, and Razor getting "honorable mentions".

Wow, it was harder than I expected to narrow it down to only 3. I went with:

Pegasus
Exodus, part 2
Revelations

Crossroads, part 2 deserves a spot in there too, along with KLG 2 and Home 2...BSG does part twos really well!

Crossroads, Part Two
Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part Two
Pegasus and Revelations (I couldn't choose so I voted for both!)

Occupation and Precipice are up there, too as is Lay Down Your Burdens, Part Two and Exodus, Part Two and Home, Part Two and... Shit, I better stop now.
