Re: TnT: If The Ship is A Rockin'...Don't Come Knockin'!

I've been reading news about the new Enterprise book the Romulan war it starts off with the Romulan war but does not complete the famed Romulan war it will be continued in another book that continues the story.,Told through the eyes of Captain Archer and the Nx01 crew Clark revealed Because of things that unfolded in Kobayashi Maru the Vulcans have come to with a horrifying fact that they realize that there is something they have to do. Vulcan is going through upheval after the rediscovery of Surak's teachings and the socoiety is not as stable as the 23rd century. T'pol realizes what their involvement in a war could wrought on Vulcan society and she does something that horrifies her paertners in the coalition, but will eventually lead to the foundation of the United Federation of Planets and the Vulcan that we will see in the Kirk era. It's nice to see T'Pol is getting a larger storyline in the next book.

Could this be a typo? Maybe it was supposed to be T'pau, instead of T'pol?

Trekmovie Margaret Clark said it's T'Pol that realizez what involvement could be wrought on Vulcan society. She didn't say anything about T'Pau. You can go over to trekmovie and read the article about the new book schedulw with Clark's original quote

I never accused you of mistyping. Maybe the guys at Trekmovie mistyped. But then again, it may actually be T'pol (which is kinda cool, since TGTMD & KM practically had Trip as the main character, so having the story revolve around T'pol would be, well, unfair to Archer... I guess ... Because, seriously, Archer The Superhero never sat right with me anyway... ).

stupid computer I'm sorry my computer is being cranky today. I didn't mean to sound like I was picking a fight or argue .The person who typed up the original article seemed to left out words from Margarets quote that's what I meant to say in my original post.

Here is the Trekmovie article about upcoming Trek books, including The Romulan War.

Since the story is "told through the eyes of Captain Archer and the NX-01 crew," it might not necessarily revolve around T'Pol. It appears she will have a pivotal role in the events.

And since this is an ENT novel, it makes sense to use T'Pol for such a pivot point, rather than a TOS character, which is what T'Pau is, IMHO.

Thanks for posting this Trekmovie link Hopeful Romantic.I was going to post it but my internet server crashed. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing T'Pol get a longer story arc.

^^ Still working on that, Trippy.
In the meantime, I have joined the ranks of Harlequin romance writers. All those Trip and T'Pol love scenes paid off, eh? My story won't be published for a while yet, but I'm pretty jazzed about it.

Speaking of romance...
