Re: 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards: Discussion

Does anyone know the schedule of the awards? I only want to see Best Writing (BSG or The Wire) and Best Show (LOST or Damages).

See...I was so focused on the lack of chest-iness, I didn't even look at the dress.

I think he was trying to make some kind of political statement, but either got scared or was told not to do it.

Or he was drunk, but these aren't the Globes...

Best Drama will probably be the last thing they do. It normally is.

Yeah, I figured that but the writing one is more of an oddball. I don't want to have to watch more than I have to.

Writing maybe in the middle somewhere...9:30 or 10? All the creative awards kinda get lumped together in the boring part of the show.

Yeah. They should really release a schedule but I don't believe they do.

I've got a little bit of a crush on Josh Groban now. That took guts to agree to, let alone do on live tv...

I have always had a crush on that man... ever since he was on Ally McBeal.

And yes that took some balls to do and he was very good!

And Barry won! Pushing Daisies at least won something! Yes!

It's hard to imagine that somebody like Christian Siriano actually exists outside of TV. It's like someone took a gay Doctor Zee from Galactica 1980 and made him a fashion designer.

^ Agreed. She's probably the only woman I'd ever have sex with willingly.

Okay, add Helen Mirren to that list. And maybe Terry Farrell. I still haven't forgiven her for leaving DS9....
