Running and Lifting: Eating well

So, midday at the office, just got back from the gym.

Full upper body workout, chest, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders.

Treadmill: 2 miles/20 minutes

Last weekend: Ran back and forth from Capitol Hill to the Monument several times to a good irish music album. I'll be heading back Saturday

I've got the eating well part down. I think I'm overdoing it on the running thing, so I'll be hitting the pool this week.

And I want to lift weights to get my lower body strong.
