Who do you like more as a spy saving the day, Jason Bourne or James Bond?

I LOVE the Bourne trilogy, but I also do enjoy James Bond (I watched Casino Royale for the umpteenth time last night).

Actually I ment James Bond in general, but we can break it down into the different actors. I like Connery the best...second would be Brosnan.

I've always enjoyed Bond over the years. There's a few stinkers but overall there's a lot of great material including the IMHO fantastic Casino Royale.

I never once bought Damon in Bourne. I always perceive him as a 'kid' (which is why I enjoy him immensely e.g. in Ocean's Eleven) and thus can't really take those movies seriously.

So, Bond for me, easily.

Let me put it this way: What guy has ever fantasized about being Jason Bourne?

I'll always prefer over the top sci-fi twinged action to grim n gritty bleak realism. Bond. But not Craig-Bond.

James Bond. The original, and still the best.

Jason Bourne is pretty kick, but I don't really recall him saving the day. Bond for me (keeping Casino Royale firmly in mind.)

I dont know if you have read any of the books, but he has saved the day from a few terrorists. And in the movies he did root out some bad curruption. In the book Bourne Betrayal Bourne saved the CIA and the President from certain death...I highly recomend the book to anyone interested.

I picked Bond, but I feel dirty and wrong for having to choose. Damn this poll! It's in-humane to have to pick!
