'Star Trek' Season Three Remastered DVDs
As reported by TV Shows on DVD, CBS/Paramount has announced the release date of the final season of the remastered original series DVD set. The seven-disc set will be available on November 18th. It will include all twenty-three Season Three episodes, plus "collectible data cards." Other bonus features will be included but there is no word yet on what these bonus features might be. The video is listed as full frame (1.33:1), and audio is available in English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround, Spanish mono and French mono. What's holding up the Blu-Ray versions, anyway? I hope it's something other than they're bitter at Blu-Ray for winning the war over HD-DVD.
