^^ Oh, there was character development. It just happened to contradict the previous movie. Alex has an American accent now? Rick doesn't show his son warmth?! He showed him lots of warmth in M2. Since it's totally unmentioned, is Evy not a reincarnated princess (and Rick a Medjai-"warrior for God") anymore? Wait, I'm glad about those last two bits. :-P

It was decent fun on my mother's large, hi-def TV, but I'm certainly not sorry I didn't pay 20 bucks to see it with her/a friend in theaters. I Netflixed it, same as I will Wolverine and Terminator.

A fan edit might even make it a shorter, good popcorn flick... we'll see.
