What are the following called?

from "the siege, part 2" (I know the orange ones are drones):

Also, What ep in season 5 are the Asgard plasma beam weapons used?

That's the railguns

The weapons are, as previously mentioned, railguns designed for the Prometheus and the Daedalus as stated by Colonel Everett in "The Siege, Part Two".
