Re: Blue Warp Nacelles?

It occurs to me that something has been missing from this thread. Specifically from the Sombreroprises. I could not quite put my finger on it. But then seeing Kor mackin' the brero gave me an epiphany:

Moustaches.

Big, bushy moustaches.

The sombreroified Defiant has a goatee, is that close enough?

Maybe Star Trek 12 can be a remake of The Magnificent Seven. Olé!
Didn't we already get an episode of The Magnificent Seven with Klingons?

Yep, love the goatee'd Defiant (and the evil Mirror Somberoprise), but I was thinking along slightly different lines...

Would someone be kind enough to Sombrero-ize my Tricorne hat?

I've been the Phantom of Mardi Gras for a very long time, but I'd like to visit Mexico and be the Phantom of El Día de los Muertos.

I am going to de-lurk out into this thread (which is absolute GOLDEN GENIUS) to ask that someone sombrero-size an avatar of Capt. Archer for me. He desprerately needs one, and I do too.

I attempted one, but I only have Paint Shop Pro and I suck at it on top of that.
Thank you all you geniuses.

You only really need Paint Shop Pro, but it doesn't help if you suck at it.

Have you got an av where Bakula's head isn't quite so close to the edge of the frame? There's not that much room for anyone to fit a sombrero.

Here you go, along with an av version.

[At the risk of being thought boring, I've converted this image to a link for two reasons:
1) It's not what many would consider work-safe, and
2) it appears to be hotlinked, which is discouraged by TBBS rules.
Feel free to PM me if you think I've overreacted. - M']
Sorry about that, Chief. I thought it might be a little "risque", but it was too funny. And it was late. M'od knows best.

Don't worry about it too much; I figured all of the above probably factored in.

Also, the relative work-safeness (safe-itude?) of the image is being discussed at the moment, and (depending upon the outcome) it could conceivably come back as an in-line image, so long as it's hosted on your webspace and not TheScore's. In the meantime, it's still there for those who want to see, and no one's got to look over their shoulder to make sure the boss isn't watching for naked guys with erect sombreros.

And yeah, it is pretty funny.

Here's one where he looks sufficiently constipated.
Could you sombrero-ize this one?

No biggie. I wouldn't want sombrerophilia to get anyone in trouble at the office. Don't spend too many cycles worrying about it.

If you decide it's okay I'll put it on my photobucket account and edit the post, but really not a big deal.
