Shatner To Have Cameo Role in 'Star Trek XI'

Confirming the rumors that have been swirling about for months, sources confirmed that William Shatner would have a small role in Star Trek XI.

As reported by SciFi Plus, speculation has finally come to an end concerning Shatner's participation in the film with the confirmation that he will be in it.

Shatner's part is said to be a small speaking role, possibly near the end of the film. It is not known whether he will be in any scenes with Leonard Nimoy or with his younger version played by Chris Pine.

Shatner would neither confirm nor deny his participation. "You'll have to wait and see," he said with a smile. He went on to praise J.J. Abrams and expressed hope that fans would be satisfied with Star Trek XI.

Let me be the first to say that the new forum mottos are hilarious.
