Yes, I freely admit I stole the gag from Futurama. If I'm gonna' steal, I might as well steal the good material!

Sincerely,

Bill

Hey Donny were you ever involved in any of the mods for Star Trek elite force over at spacestation K7 or with Synchromesh.......your stuff is just as good looking as all their stuff, if not you definitely should have been.

Hey FishDS9! It's good to see you over in these parts.

To answer Haggis's question, I am not nor was I ever involved with any work of Synchromesh or SpaceStationK7's mods. However, I have been a supporter of their work for years, and vice versa. We work on two totally different games. Toonloon, the leader of K7, once tried to convert my TWOK era mod from MotS to EF, but the project wasn't a success due to the many differences between the two gaming engines.

I myself, have been making Star Trek mods for MotS for about 7 years...the earlier ones never being released due to the fact that they aren't very good. It would be interesting to show the difference between the work I was doing then and what I'm doing now....

Stay tuned guys...hopefully I'll have some new pics up soon. Working on the shuttlebay complex and the cargo bay complex...both very large areas. Got the architecture all set, just filling in the details. I hate posting in-progress shots, so as soon as either of those areas are finished I'll post.

Re: My Star Trek Mod

Well I was hoping to have a bigger update for now, but unfortunately I've run into some problems with the ancient gaming engine I'm using. Problems that I will be able to work around, but it may take some time.

Anyway, I've almost finished with the cargo bay complex, which I've placed directly forward of the shuttlebay. Both of these areas have a little more work until I'm ready to show them to the public. So until then, here's a little teaser of the observation deck surrounding the shuttlebay, which also looks down into the cargo bay. Enjoy!

May be just a semantic issue, but "aft of the shuttlebay?" Wouldn't that be in space?

Still, looking great, despite the limitations of the engine.

Wow, these are stunning. I'm working on an unrelated-to-Trek game right now, and man, they could sure use you on their interior maps. I'm on a Mac, naturally, so I doubt MotS would run on it, unless there's a Mac version? Your TWOK mdoels and maps are spot-on to my eyes, really wonderfully done. - mh
