Totally OT - my wifes artistry

While I'm in the basement building models, she's in her workroom building dollhouses. Here's her latest project, finally finished after two solid years of work:

I was looking through some of the other doll houses on your site, she has a wonder sense of decor and color.

WOW. That is amazing. I looked around on there and saw the other houses, and they're great too.

Just out of curiosity, does she have a preferred place to get her vegetation and the such? I have a diorama in mind and good sources are always helpful.

You wifes work is always amazing. I gotta wonder how you two found each other and if you two ever do try to help the other out?

We met in art school, appropriately enough .
As for helping each other out, it usually takes the form of "do you have any 3/16 plastic tube?

Our only actual collaboration was 20 years ago when we made a couple of models for a friend's birthday. He once commented on wanting to be a private eye, so we got together and built him an office and a car:

(Yes, he's that messy in real life).

I think you need to make a large scale Trek model and let your wife have at it with the interiors!
