Next Voyager novel?

I'm not sure if this belongs here or over in Trek Lit but does anyone know when the next Voyager novel is coming out?

Not sure myself.

Hopefully it'll be set during the show's run and none of this boring 'after they got home' nonsense. The whole point of Voyager was trying to get home.

Re: Next Voyager novel?

There's no true VOY novel coming in 2008. However, Shards and Shadows, the Myriad Universes books, and the Destiny trilogy all will or might contain elements of VOY in them.

I would leave this in the VOY forum, since I think talking about the Voyager novels in the Voyager forum is fine. You probably won't get an answer to your question in here though, since the authors and other PTB don't frequent this forum very often. So I'll ship this thread over to Trek Lit.

Re: Next Voyager novel?

The three recent TNG novels, Resitance, Q&A, and Before Dishonor all feature Janeway. Before Dishonor also features Seven of Nine, and important events that will shape the future of the Voyager characters/storyline. The upcoming Destiny trilogy will also somehow effect the future of Voyager fiction.

I'm pretty sure both the Shards and Shadows mirror universe anthology, and the Myriad Universe alternate reality novels will feature at least one story each about Voyager. But I don't think any details are known.

Thanks. I'll have to check them out.
