not exactly, but I am used to only my countrymen being blunt. In my experience, Americans, Britains and Canadians - the vast majority of members here - tend to prefer a very winded and indirect approach

why does nobody ever make such offers to me? Preferably a handsome gentleman with perfect manners in his late 30s to early 50s and possibly British (can't help it - a British accent is kinda sexy. Well, except for Cockney maybe. And no, that pun was absolutely not intended!)

Hi.

I've been lurking for a few weeks. Have been watching Star Trek since I was 8 or 9 years old, in the late 1980s, starting with the original cast films and progressing directly from there into TNG when it came out. Twenty years now, I guess. Total geek.
