Writing Challenge - Autumn 2014 - Desperation VOTE

We've got two (two!) kick-bun entries!

Please vote for just one (I know that's obvious, just making sure). Voting to end by 11:59 PM on October 31 (Eastern Daylight Time).

Let's give it up for BOTH entries. This is going to be a tough vote, folks.

Drat. I mean, congrats Bry_Sinclair

2 entries, 3 votes so if I had only seen came back to the contest I could've tied it up lol

Still, this is the second writing challenge I've ever entered so thank you to the one person who voted for my story!

EDIT: Correction, after reading your entry, you would've had my vote as well. I had read all of the Four Years War stories but that one so I had wondered how a Ptolemy tug would've done what the other stories said she'd done. Absolutely epic storytelling!
