Re: TNG fans please identify yourselves ...
In terms of some of my favourite episodes, I love for example measure of a man, lessons I always thought was done quite well, even though it's a romantic storyline I think it was well written and there is some nice chemistry between Picard and that lieutenant. We also see a different side to him, which was nice to see. I think in terms of underrated episodes, one for me would have to be Firstborn. When talking to fans where I live, they either seem to forget it or criticise it. Any thoughts about that and the other episode and fav characters I mentioned? Look forward to hearing you comments!

Loved 'Lessons', 'Tapestry', 'Inner Light', 'Yesterday's Enterprise' and 'Starship Mine.' Lovely, lusty Picard stuff! Gets the blood flowing! Shire55 |

Re: TNG fans please identify yourselves ...
I am 53 years old and have liked Star Trek since 1966. Here in America the series was well recieved and I have my favorites. But the best has got to be Next Generation. The writing suffered a bit at first but got alot better real quick. I am interested in the science of Star Trek. How the shows were made and the special effect production used. I also write Star Trek Novels. My latest is Star Trek"Wounds of War". You can read it at www.fanfiction.net/s/5744125/1/ I am also wanting to hear from other writers out there. |

My Dad got me interested in Star Trek by showing me Elementary,Dear Data and now I spend my free time watching Star Trek. Resistance Is Futile ![]() My friends(we are all band geeks and nerds) talk about Star Trek with our band teacher. He is a fellow Treklover and said that he might get the Star Trek NG Theme music for us

Re: TNG fans please identify yourselves ...
I am a relative newcomer to Trek. I didn't see my first episode of Trek until I was almost 16 years old (I'm 17 now), but I was immediately hooked upon watching it. That episode, if you are wondering, was Encounter at Farpoint. For the next seven months I rented all seven seasons of TNG off Netflix and I loved every single minute of it, except for Code of Honor which I despised. My favorite episodes include The Inner Light, Family, Tapestry, Gambit, Preemptive Strike, and Darmok, among many other terrific episodes. It's so hard to pick favorites because there are so many magnificent episodes. I love practically everything about TNG; the great stories, the morals, the cast, and the optimistic vision of the future. For these reasons and many others TNG is not only my favorite Trek show, but my favorite TV show of all time period. Anyway, I just thought I would share my story with fellow fans who can appreciate it. I'm really glad to be here! ![]() Marty Edit: One more thing I forgot to say. Picard > Kirk.
