Nice. Good to have you back Sean. Unfortunately I'm leaving for a vacation too, so I might not be able to post on here for a few weeks but I might try to get a chance and catch up on your work.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

While archieving and scanning In my sketcbooks I decided to compile all of the
Trek uniform and Character concept images together into one file. Here are 30
Yes 30 designs for you all to enjoy. These where done from 1995 - 1999 before
I really got into creating my art in Adobe Illustrator. These are all pencil and or
marker comps. Enjoy.

Yes there is even a Early Dark Mirror Commander Riker in there.

I drew him right after I read Dark Mirror.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Wow is all what I can say right now. I really like all the different characters. Did you have names for some of them? Is one of them Spock or just another Vulcan. The varing uniforms look good too.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Acouple have names, besides the TNG Characters. But I create them 5 or more years ago, and have forgot what I was going to name them. As for Spock,
Nope that is not him just another Vulcan.

Wow Sean, I'm sorry to say I'm not the biggest fan of some of your other design concepts re: the MU but, I'm elated to say that this uniform concept page has blown me away. Your eye for clothing design is incredible, every one takes a bold and different direction while all still maintain an instantly recognizable Federation Starfleet ethic, or Terran empire, what have you.

Thanks, I am glad that you like these. I didn't realise that I had this many designs until I started scanning in
part of my old sketch book. I think I have some more hidden
my 2000-2001 Books I will have to see. I am glad that you
like these even if you are not a big fan of my other creations.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

THESE are the kind of designs we should've seen for Deep SPace Nine & the TNG movies --- something bright & fresh!

Keep 'em coming (and if possible --find a time machine, and get the Trek crew to make it canon)

just had another idea -- can you makea new thread with some of your concepts for the Trek 11 movie -- what those uniforms could look like?

I might be able to do that. So let me get this straight, ST11 is supposed to be set pre-TOS, right?

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Here is a example of what I do everyday. I am a Graphic Designer for a National Advertising Company.
I do everything from Ad layout to Logo Design. Every once in a while I get to create something fun for
a customer. This is an example of one of those times. The Client wanted a cartoon/ animated style
bullfrog for their company logo. This is what I created. It took about three hours to create.

Created in Adobe Illustrator, filter effects done in Photoshop.

That's the rumor...it should even be pre-Cage

So it might be something in-between Enterprise and The Cage pilot...or maybe Starfleet had one of those stints where they did something wildly different before coming back to a classic design (i.e. TOS TV - movies - TNG)

But you are a great artist, so i trust your vision!

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Here are my Trek Concepts from 2000-2001. Enjoy. I am really thinking of
revisiting the U.S.S.Hercules/I.S.S.Hercules in the near future. I want to work up the Fat Bolian (He is the Cheif Engineer) and Four Armed crewman.
