Okay, now I have two gif images. But I can't figure out how to make them into a slideshow kind of thing (I want to alternate the images).

It really is very easy to learn, it just takes a bit of time.

If you like I'll animate the ones you have. Just post them here, or point me to them, and I'll sort it out.

Okay...now I've got it. Looks like I did it right. But apparently Photobucket doesn't do animated avatars!!! Now what??? I finally have what I want, and I can't use it!

Edit: this is what I tried to do...

There's supposed to be another guy after this one. It worked before I saved it!! What am I doing wrong?

You've probably made a basic mistake. Just check everything again.

I think that sometimes happens when there's a glitch with your host or something. I seem to recall Charles mentioning it was a software hiccup once.
