It was in the credits throughout season 1, probably in the very first episode that aired, "The Man Trap"

Yes, after the first two pilots ("The Cage" and "Where No Man Has Gone Before"), the first regular production episode was "The Corbomite Maneuver."

Here's the "Scenes From Next Week" trailer:

"Name the Episode" sounds like a fun forum game.

I always thought Carbomite Maneuver would have made for a better first aired episode than The Man Trap, let alone the second pilot.

When Kif popped up looking like that in the end credits of Futurama, I burst out laughing. Best in-joke ever.
