This is one of the most detailed models I've ever made, and I'm not nearly finished with her. Hopefully I can get Kerky working on my system so I can do a few renders.

Looks like a earlier version of the Intrepid class. Perhaps the 2340s-2350s

Reminds me a bit of what Rick wanted the NOVA to be initially. I think the Maquis ship at the beginning of Voyager was supposed to be a bit larger than the same old ju Day type craft.

The shuttle bay is indeed reminiscent of the Intrepid class's. The overall design however is similar to the Renaissance class.
