From Sawdust to Stardust: DeForest Kelley

I just finished reading this biography.

Wow, it was fantastic to finally "get to know" Kelley a little more.

By the time I started going to Trek conventions in the early 90s, I don't recall him doing a convention in South Florida during the early to mid 90s, so I've always felt a real loss at not meeting him.

He also seemed a little more private, so I never felt like I got to know much about him.

This book is great for Kelley fans, and who isn't a Kelley fan in this place?

I bought it a couple of months back at Barnes &, so you should still be able to get it.

Apparently, proceeds of the book go to DeForest Kelley's favorite animal shelter. Yes, he was a HUGE animal lover. One of the nice things I found out about this wonderful actor, and wonderful human being.
And they probably redesigned the whole sickbay too!
