The similarities between Auckland/Toronto & Nova Scotia/New Zealand are a little scary.

Methinks there is a divine power behind all this, possibly the Cylon god, who I believe is from Canada. Coincidence?

The skyline of Auckland and Toronto is pretty damn similar, isn't it. Love that first flag rendition and I am always totally inspired by the Haka. A low and slow BBQ roasting of that Kiwoose would make a great meal. OK, I'm in.

I now officially a proud supporter of New Zanada. Where do I sign up?

The beauty of New Zanada is, you don't have to "sign up", your intent is enough.

"In New Zanada, we don't try, we do, do you?"

I KNEW it!

"Eh, by your command, ya hoser."

Now sing along:

O Caprica,
Our home and irradiated land,
True Cylon love
In all thy models command,
With glowing spines we see thee rise
Centurions strong and free,
Through far and wide, O Caprica,
We resurrect for thee.
God keep our baseship...glorious and free
O Caprica,
We resurrect for thee!"

So, does that mean New Zealand would adopt the Loonie and Toonie? At least I'd get somewhere warm to go to for the winter, and vice-versa I'm sure.

Oh, that didn't even enter my mind - but now that you mention it, it's brilliant!!

I realize it's not a true portmanteau, but can't we call it Cazooland?

That kind of would make it sound like a musical country, where everyone instead of speaking sings. Great debates would be done via Opera at the Sydney Opera House...

Cazooland, where you sing until you die! Unless you die of laughter.

Exactly!! I am the most non-musical person ever, I can't be the first person deported from this new country based on my inability to sing until I die ( or, more likely, someone kills me to end the torture. Then we have the first murder...and we know how this plays out!)

See the anarchy this name brings! this Definitely cannot be Cazooland!!
