Thing that always strikes me about TWTE is that the Hippy guy with the "guitar" aint electrified, so couldnt make that cool sound.

And also I think that it would have sounded so much better on a 12 string Rickenbacker.

Yeah, I know..............

If it hadn't been the issue with the spores everything would have been fine for them.
If it hadn't been for the spores, the colonists would have been dead within a week due to the Berthold rays.

Herbert! Herbert! Herbert!

It's the future, Herbert! Just because you don't see an amplifier hooked up to it doesn't mean it can't make that sound.

Talk about rigid inflexible thinking.

^ I never had that impression when I watched the episode. I can see what you mean, though. No tractors, no farm equipment of any kind. I wonder if that was the original intent.

The spores saved the lives of the colonists on Omicron Ceti III. If the spores hadn't affected the Enterprise crew and Starfleet had left the colonists there they might have remained happy.

Funny how the spores didn't work on the animals, though.

And it was very convenient that strong emotions oust the spores from an infected host, in the first place ...
