Actually, it's a reconstruction of "The Feast of Steven," the Hartnell Christmas episode from 1965.

The closed captioning is a bit odd. Not bad so far for a reconstruction. I came across one once and I found it a bit jarring to watch. The picture quality wasn't very good.

As it turns out, when I realized it was Feast of Steven I briefly believed it had been found and somehow posted onto YouTube. Now that would have been a Christmas gift.
