STAR TREK and STAR WARS have been discreet entities for decades and that was certainly the way to go, then. But now that all of the STAR TREK T.V. series have had their respective runs, completely. Now that all of the TOS and TNG movies have gathered sufficient dust. Now that only the ReBoot remains - and reins surpreme - perhaps a New Order is in order. Perhaps Cross Over Advertising is the future of how entertainment is presented and promoted. I'm curious to know and interested to see how this approach will be made manifest ...

I want Star Wars Episode VII to say "From the director of Star Trek and Star Trek Into Darkness" and have a big Star Trek reference (Han: "Engage!")

I want Spock and Kirk to be on a smuggler ship the size of the Millennium Falcon and then Spock pulls a Threepio and starts calculating the odds.
