Kate Mulgrew to Publish Memoir

http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/...emoir-20822153

I asked her about this at a con a couple years ago and she was super pleased to be asked and said yes, she was working on one.

YAY!

Good news. She really has had an unusual career. NBC kept trying to fit her into something during her twenties, some film roles in notable hits, Janeway, and now Orange is the New Black. A lot of actresses her age burned out at 30.

Re: Kate Mulgrew to Publish Memoir

That's one thing that separates her from those 30-yr-old ingénues too. She's an actor, and actors need to act because its what they want to do. It's what they live for.

There was a great TV Guide interview with Bill Bixby when he was in one of his short-lived series, I think it was The Magician. The final words were Bixby's: "God, I love to act."

I wouldn't be surprised to find out she's devoted a chapter to you.
