Same here, but I wouldn't call it a hobby.

Re: So what do you do for fun?

I read a lot (fiction and nonfiction), watch netflix (I don't have cable anymore, I never use it and I can't stand the commercials), paint, draw, play video games, walk my dogs, collect toys/model kits, make jewelry. But mostly play with my dogs. ^_^

Since I work from home, I sometimes have downtime when there is no work to be done. That's when I hang out on internet forums, so I guess that counts, too.

Re: So what do you do for fun?

I love watching and going to sports events, like hockey, basketball and Football. Also love going to the movies and surfing the internet. When I was in the Boy Scouts, we would go camping and hiking one weekend a month. That's something I would like to get back into, but not with the Boy Scouts, just find a group or something that does trips like that.

Watch baseball on TV
Drink while watching baseball
Eat while watching baseball
Take trips to other cities where I can watch baseball live
Educate people on why The Wave should be banned

That about covers it, really.

^ I've always wanted to learn how to draw but don't know where to start. I always doodled in my younger years up to my teens, but my mom kept criticizing my drawings. Everyone's a critic!

The self study handbooks don't really do much for me.

Re: So what do you do for fun?

For social fun I like to play scrabble in coffee shops with my best friend, sing karaoke, go to movies/shows with friends, and get laid.

For alone fun I like to ride my bicycle (which I do a lot), take long walks (every day), read (which I do a lot), draw and paint, listen to science podcasts, do crosswords, listen to music, go thrift store shopping, play my cello, cook, and play around online.
