Oh god...

Only in Empire. Only an Empire. Would torturing device be sold as a toy!

Is it odd that I all the sudden have this picture in my head of the Joker using one of these, instead of one of those electric buzzers that I remember him having a bit of an affinity for, assuming that he could get his hands on one of these?
