Depends

It took the Narada several long minutes to disable/destroy the Kelvin. However later in the film it took significantly less time for the Narada to destroy a fleet a ships, which were 25 years more advanced than the Kelvin. I attribute the latter event to be PIS. I say the Vengeance takes this fight.

In a stand up meeting engagement,

Narada

If Vengeance is able to employ its warp missiles from afar, with targeting provided by its weapon drones, then,

Probably Vengeance (I say probably in that it might or might not destroy Narada, though it'll certainly "win" the fight)

Narada. It smashed though 47 Klingon ships and 7 Federation ships without breaking a sweat. Only those with Plot Shielding (last name: Kirk) lasted any longer.

One missile impact (from a cluster which otherwise missed) from Narada crippled the Enterprise, lowered shields to 36%, destroyed half of sickbay, caused some cataclysm on deck 6, caused radiation leaks on the lower levels and reduced top speed to warp 4. Another hit would have destroyed them. Had any of those other missles from the cluster have hit in the first volley, it would have destroyed them. In comparison, the Vegeance wailed on and shredded a defenceless Enterprise for minutes before striking a death blow.

If the Vengeance's improved weapons and targeting systems are up to to task, then I don't see how the Narada can seriously hurt the Vengeance as the missles would be shot down.

I would like to see how effective the weapons drones the Vengeance deploys has in this scenario.

The Vengeance is very rugged ship, 72 torpedoes detonating *inside* the hull is overkill for any vessel.

The Vengeance all they have to do is stay out of Narada's sensor range and launch wave after wave of those long range undetectable torpedoes until the Narada explodes.

...It's just damn difficult to see how she could have done that, what with being such a total pushover (fails to shoot down the lumbering Kelvin, fails to shoot down the Jellyfish twice). OTOH, the Vengeance wasn't a pushover in her fifteen minutes of glory, so I guess we could see a slugmatch yet: the Narada is unable to achieve anything, but just plain refuses to be decisively destroyed by conventional weaponry for the first six hours....

I'm going to go with the Vengeance. Timo: you mention the Narada failing to shoot down the Jellyfish twice, and that points to one of my main thoughts on this: Vengeance seems to be a faster ship. She has greater maneuverability, as well as a better range on her weapons, from a Fore-Port-Starboard-Aft perspective.

Narada can pack a formidable punch in a single volley, but in the time she's in position and fires, Vengeance has already opened its' first can of Whoop-Ass and moved to another spot to open the next can.

The Narada is huge, durable, and should logically be more advanced, but it could be assumed that data collected from the Enterprise's battle with it would have been utilised while designing the Vengeance's defensive systems. If that was the case then it would be reasonable to assume that the Vengeance would be at least somewhat capable of countering the Narada's attacks.

The problem is that since it neutralised the Enterprise before she got the chance to fire back, we just don't really know enough about the Vengeance's capabilities in defence to make a good comparison.

Gotta go with Vengeance the war machine over Narada, the modified mining ship.

Where did Narada get those missiles anyway? Replicator?

Did the Narada even have shields? I ask because usually when a starship is about to hit another one, you normally hear an order to raise shields, like Riker did in "Cause and Effect." Whereas the Kelvin, and Spock's Jellyfish vessel, were able to ram the Narada without hitting any kind of shielding at all.
