Very nice!!! Love your writing, especially your Klingon books!! What's even better is that it's an actual Star Trek HARDCOVER book?!!!! Seems like ages since a hc book was published.

Sweet! Since this is KRAD, can we assume this will be in continuity with the novelverse, unlike the last main reference book (the one about the early Federation)?

^ It will, yes. There will be references to Morjod's coup, the Borg invasion, Klag being the head of the Fifth Fleet, Lukara forming the Order of the Bat'leth, Presidents Zife and Bacco, and some other stuff besides.

Awesome! This looks like it will be a definite buy. I might even break my own rule and pick up the hardcover, if they don't do an e-book.

Oh yeah, totally gonna preorder this.

The only way this could be better is if they gave a free eBook copy for on the go reading.
If you buy it off of Amazon, with their new Amazon Matchbook program, you just might get your wish...

There's a Kindle version listed on Amazon, so I assume there will be a nook (which you have IIRC) version as well.

Yeah, I have a Nook, and I'm glad to see an e-book version is coming out. For a long time these kinds of books didn't get digital releases, but now thanks to the rise of tablets the majority of them do. That makes me very happy.

Hi All

What good luck -I have only just discovered the IKS Gorkon series (Yes it was a big rock I was under) -The synopsis has myself very excited. So I have some questions, Hopefully Krad or fellow fans can answer.

Are their other books I MUST read before reading Honor Bound? So I get all the references?

Are there any hardcover/collector versions? ( I had a very hard time finding them -Im in Australia) I got them off E-BAY but the condition of the books is not great. Eager to buy brand new books.

Very keen on the New book as well.
Any help a big thanks

Diplomatic Implausibility and whatever the first Gorkon book's name (for some reason, I blank out on the odd numbered titles).

The first Gorkon novel is A Good Day to Die.

There's nothing you must read because Star Trek novels are a luxury item and are not required reading. I also made an effort to fill folks in who might not have read earlier books or simply might have forgotten details. Having said that, Honor Bound is part 2 of a two-part story, so I'd recommend starting with A Good Day to Die.

Here's the full list of significant appearances by Klag and the gang:

"A Song Well Sung" in Tales of the Dominion War
TNG: Diplomatic Implausibility
The Brave and the Bold
Book 2
I.K.S. Gorkon Book 1: A Good Day to Die
I.K.S. Gorkon
Book 2: Honor Bound
I.K.S. Gorkon
Book 3: Enemy Territory
"loDnI'pu' vavpu' je" in Tales from the Captain's Table
Klingon Empire: A Burning House
A Singular Destiny

Are there any hardcover/collector versions?
Nope.

Hope you enjoy the books!

Does this mean life on TrekBBS is returning to normal with a KRAD list?
